Terms of Service

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Limbus Company fan community service provided by SAIGO NO DANTE (the "Service"), and define the rights and obligations between users and the Service.

The Service is an unofficial fan site based on Project Moon's game Limbus Company. It has no official affiliation with Project Moon or Limbus Company and is operated without commercial purpose.

The Service is available to anyone with a Google account. Access may be restricted in the following cases:

• ●Using the Service in violation of these terms
• ●Posting content that defames or causes discomfort to others
• ●Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• ●Attempting to participate in events, drawings, or rewards multiple times through alternate or duplicate accounts

• ●Sinner Identity and E.G.O database
• ●Deck builder and deck sharing board
• ●Identity and E.G.O usage-rate meta analysis
• ●Announcements, event notices, and community operation features

Copyright of decks and descriptions posted on the board belongs to the respective user. However, users grant the Service a non-exclusive license for display and sharing within the Service.

Due to the nature of a fan site, features may be changed or the Service may be terminated without prior notice. We will make efforts to provide at least 7 days' notice before termination.

When the Service runs events, drawings, or rewards, the operator may set separate participation rules and recognition timing in an announcement. If alternate accounts, duplicate accounts, proxy access, false information, or other abusive participation is suspected, the user may be excluded from drawings and rewards. To operate events fairly, the operator may review limited access information described in the Privacy Policy, including access country, IP hash, user-agent based signals, and last access records.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of game data and is not responsible for damages caused by data errors.
