Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Limbus Company fan site provided by SAIGO NO DANTE (the 'Service'), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.
Article 2 (Nature of the Service)
The Service is an unofficial fan site based on Project Moon’s game Limbus Company. It is not affiliated with Project Moon, and the rights to game images and data belong to Project Moon. The Service is not run for profit.
Article 3 (Sign-up and eligibility)
Anyone can use the Service by signing in with a Google account and agreeing to these terms and the privacy policy. Use may be restricted in the following cases.
- Violating these terms
- Posting content that insults others or causes offense
- Disrupting the Service or sending excessive automated requests
- Using another person's account or information
Article 4 (Features)
- Sinner, identity, E.G.O and keyword database
- Deck builder and deck board
- Mirror Dungeon information, planner and plan board
- Assist mode (game screen recognition helper)
- Tools such as collection tracking, random formation and EXP and Lunacy calculators
- Developer API
Article 5 (Assist mode)
Assist mode is a helper that analyzes the game screen you share inside your browser to show gift, theme pack and choice information. Its readings can be wrong, and decisions in the game are yours. It does not play the game for you or change game files. If you turn on 'Help improve recognition', some frames are sent as described in Section 5 of the privacy policy.
Article 6 (User content)
You keep the rights to the decks, plans and comments you post. You grant the Service a non-exclusive right to display, share and index them within the Service and to let other users copy and adapt them. Deleting your account also deletes the content you created.
Article 7 (Developer API)
API keys may be used only by the person they were issued to. Exceeding usage limits or reselling the data received is prohibited, and keys may be suspended for violations.
Article 8 (Changes and termination)
As a fan site, the Service may change its features or shut down. We will announce a shutdown at least 7 days in advance.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of game data or Assist mode readings and is not liable for in-game losses from choices based on them.
Article 10 (Changes to these terms)
When these terms change, we announce it on the site and at sign-in, and you must agree to the new terms to keep using the Service.
